Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi Moscato White Wine is a delicious, balanced complement to a wide variety of foods. With a fragrant bouquet of orange blossoms and citrus, this white moscato has a light taste without being too sugary or overpowering. Perfect for afternoon sipping, each taste of this moscato wine brings out notes of Fuji apple and lemon cream. This lightly sweet white wine is crafted in the Lodi region, which is ideal for growing premium grapes thanks to its Mediterranean-like climate. Serve this moscato wine in chilled glasses alongside lightly sweet desserts like roasted pears, fruit tarts or even almond cake. The residual sugar of this white moscato is balanced out by its bright acidity, providing a delightful foil to sweet dishes. Bring out this larger bottle of moscato wine when you want a bright and light finish to your next dinner party. To get the most delicious taste, keep this white wine bottle refrigerated for at least 2 to 2 and a half hours before serving. Please enjoy our wines responsibly. © 2021 Woodbridge Winery, Acampo, CA
About Woodbridge
Robert Mondavi established his namesake winery in 1966 with a vision to create Napa Valley wines that would stand in the company of the world’s finest. He chose To Kalon Vineyard in the heart of the Napa Valley as the home for Robert Mondavi Winery. This first-growth vineyard, located in Oakville, California, is renowned for producing some of the finest Cabernet Sauvignon wines in the world, as well as for its Sauvignon Blanc grapes, from which Mr. Mondavi crafted his signature wine, Fumé Blanc. Mr. Mondavi believed that wines should reflect their origins, that they are the product of the soil, the climate, and the careful stewardship of those precious resources. He also believed in combining the newest techniques and technology with time-honored winemaking traditions. Our winemaking and vineyard teams are proud to carry on our founder’s mandate to always strive higher, to pursue Robert Mondavi’s goal of excellence with the same passion and innovative spirit, moving forward with programs that break barriers and open new frontiers. Winemaker Geneviève Janssens and her team consistently make world-class Napa Valley wines that are recognized globally for their exceptional quality. Drawn to Mr. Mondavi’s vision for the Napa Valley, Geneviève left her native France and joined the winery in 1978. Geneviève has received one of the industry’s highest honors, being named Wine Enthusiast’s 2010 Winemaker of the Year. Robert Mondavi Winery — a Napa Green Certified winery — has demonstrated a deep commitment to both the environment and the local Napa Valley community since the winery's inception. In partnership with the Napa County Resource Conservation District, Robert Mondavi Winery created the Napa Sustainable Winegrowing Group (NSWG), which holds workshops on water conservation, quality improvement, cover cropping, erosion control, pest management, and more. Robert Mondavi winery also was the first to receive an Innovator Award from California's Environmental Protection Agency; the winery's natural farming and cultivation of vineyards pay heed to overall wine quality as well as to impact on the greater environment.
