Mezcal Sacrificio Reposado is a distinguished artisanal mezcal hailing from the heart of Oaxaca, Mexico. Crafted by Destilería Sacrificio in Tlacolula, this spirit is produced using 100% Espadín agave, a variety renowned for its balanced flavor profile. The production process involves roasting the agave hearts in traditional mesquite and ocote pine wood ovens, followed by fermentation in wooden vats and double distillation—first in copper and then in stainless steel. The mezcal is then aged for three months in half-toasted French oak barrels that previously held brandy, imparting a unique character to the final product.

On the nose, Sacrificio Reposado offers a harmonious blend of toffee and maple syrup aromas, complemented by a subtle smoky finish. The palate is elegant and smooth, featuring notes of vanilla and wood, with a well-balanced alcohol content that enhances its drinkability.
