Doña Silvina Rosado Malbec is a refreshing, organic rosé from the Maipú subregion of Mendoza, Argentina—crafted entirely from biodynamically grown Malbec grapes. Hand-harvested in late summer, the wine is pressed gently and fermented slowly with wild yeast in stainless steel at cool temperatures to preserve its delicate fruit purity.
Expect a bright salmon hue with light ruby reflections. Crisp floral notes (think white flowers and cherry blossoms) meld into vibrant red fruit aromas—fresh strawberries, cherries, and hints of herbs. On the palate, it’s round and welcoming, with juicy berry brightness balanced by energizing acidity and a clean, lingering finish.
