Bold, Terroir‑Driven Malbec With Power & Precision
This premium Malbec is drawn exclusively from the Las Torcazas single vineyard in Agrelo (Luján de Cuyo), Mendoza at around 1,150 m elevation. The rocky, limestone-rich soils and careful canopy management yield small yields of intensely flavored grapes, harvested by hand and fermented in cement vats to preserve purity and soften tannins. After 18–24 months in fine-grain French oak, this wine offers depth and nuance with structure and polish.
Flavors That Resonate With Elegance
It pours deep purple with red‑violet hues and opens with a fragrant bouquet of violet, blackberries, and cassis, enhanced by spice, vanilla, and cedar from oak aging. On the palate, bold ripe fruit—think plum compote and dark cherry—is married to bittersweet chocolate, licorice, and crushed espresso. Balanced acidity carries grainy yet refined tannins through a polished, persistent finish.
