About Inniskillin
Located in the bucolic town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, Inniskillin was established with a goal of producing world class wines from grapes grown in the Niagara Peninsula. Founders Karl Kaiser and Donald Ziraldo tirelessly tested the new winegrowing region with better vines and superior winemaking techniques, grafting Old World wisdom into New World terroir. Ideally suited to the Canadian winter season, the process of crafting Icewine has been guided by nature since the winery’s first vintage in 1984.
