About Aguardiente Amarillo
The unmistakable color and characteristic flavor of Aguardiente Amarillo was born in 1885 in the municipality of Manzanares, Caldas , where it was produced by hand and later the secret formula was bought by the Caldas Liquor Industry, keeping it intact. Thus, it became the first spirit produced 100% in the country and since its distribution it has not ceased to conquer the most demanding palates. For more than a century we have been the pioneers of the true flavor of Colombian Premium Aguardiente thanks to our traditional production process and high-quality ingredients that are mixed in our Yellow Aguardiente.
