No.3 Gin was created by Berry Bros. & Rudd, London’s oldest wine and spirt merchant, based at No.3 St James’s Street since 1698. In 2008 Berry Bros. & Rudd set out the ultimate challenge: to create the perfect London Dry Gin and set a new benchmark for quality. It took two years; working with the ultimate masters in gin to refine the perfect recipe, including Dr. David Clutton - the only person in the world to have a PhD in gin. The result was a perfect balance of juniper, citrus and spice made possible by craftsmanship, passion and precision.
